Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Villa Ridge, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the existing pressure reducing valve (PRV) and associated piping and appurtenances, replacement with a new pre-fabricated pressure reducing valve and structure from ESI, and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Instructions to bidders state that sealed bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Businesses must comply with laws regarding the employment of unauthorized aliens and provide an affidavit of compliance and proof of enrollment in the federal work authorization program. Contractors and subcontractors must provide a ten-hour OSHA construction safety program for on-site employees. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the owner. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
