Work to be performed as a part of the Base Bid consists of the rehabilitation of an existing building and construction of a new structure, including all related carpentry, masonry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utility, lighting, site improvements, and other work necessary to complete all Base Bid improvements as shown on the project plans. Work to be performed as a part of the Alternate Bid consists of construction of various building features, including all related carpentry, masonry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utility, lighting, site improvements, and other work necessary to complete all Alternate Bid improvements as shown on the project plans. Bids must be submitted on the standard Proposal Form provided, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the bid, name and address of the bidder, and delivered to the designated address prior to the bid opening. All documents in the package must be returned in their original form, with no substitutions, alterations, or modifications allowed. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000, is required. Contractors must comply with federal and state prevailing wage requirements, nondiscrimination and equal opportunity provisions, record retention requirements, and all other applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Small, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Requests for information shall now be received until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on Monday, April 27, 2026.
