Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The project contains two structures and appurtenant site work. One structure will be a new public restroom facility with storage shed. The other structure generally consists of renovating the former USCG Boathouse to be utilized as a Town shellfish propagation facility. All questions pertaining to the plans, specifications, or any of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of Daniel Robbins and delivered to drobbins@geiconsultants.com. To be given consideration, all general bid questions must be received by 4/17/26 @ 12:00 P.M. No questions will be answered if received after the deadlines indicated.
