Site work for a civil project in Caribou, Maine. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Caribou Utilities District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for a backup generator installation project serving the Wastewater Treatment Facility and Pump Station in Caribou, Maine. The project is funded in part by the Federal Emergency Management Agency through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Procurement will follow a Qualifications-Based Selection process in accordance with federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200. Cost or pricing information shall not be submitted and will be negotiated with the selected firm. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted electronically in PDF format. The District encourages participation from small, minority-owned, women-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises. The District reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive minor informalities, and select the firm deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
