(NMDC) is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the replacement of 84 windows at our office building located at 11 West Presque Isle Road: Caribou, ME 04736. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the project requirements, submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the window replacement project, including but not limited to: 1. Removal and proper disposal of all existing windows 2. Supply and installation of new windows per specifications 3. Weatherproofing and sealing of all window installations 4. Interior and exterior trim work and finishing 5.
