Replacement of Powers Road #1 Bridge in Mi'kmaq Tribal Lands S50031, Maine. The project is located in Aroostook County over Glidden Brook, 2000 feet westerly of the US Route 1 intersection with Power's Road. The work includes construction of a bridge with a steel superstructure, concrete deck with concrete integral wearing surface, concrete abutments on pile, installation of new guardrails, approach work with realignment of the road, paving, and other incidental work as indicated on the contract plans. Sealed bids may be hand delivered or sent by certified mail, date stamped by the tribal of fice, and endorsed on the wrapper. Bidders are directed not to contact any Mi'kmaq Nation staff except as instructed for clarification of contract provisions. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held at the project site. The bids will be opened at the Mikmaq Nations Administration building at 7 Northern Road in Presque Isle on , per tribal procurement policies and procedures.
