Responses to Questions Will Be Provided to Prospective Bidders via Email by Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 5:00 Pm. Brownfields Cleanup of the Caribou Diesel Electric Power Plant and Associated Outbuildings (Site) Located at 142 Lower Lyndon Street in Caribou, Maine. The Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives, Cleanup Bid Documents, Cleanup Standards, Community Relation Plan, Hazardous Building Materials Survey, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Phase Ii Environmental Site Assessment Are Available in the Administrative Record of the Project on the City of Caribou Website Under City Planning Projects, Riverfront Development, Riverfront Power Plants Project Bidders Assume the Risk of Any Failed or Undelivered Bid Proposals. No Electronic Bids Will Be Accepted. The City of Caribou Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bid Proposals at Its Sole Discretion.
