Sealed bids are sought for the A & B Wing Roof Replacement at 52 Ferndale-Loomis Road, Liberty, NY 12754. A detailed description of the work is included in the bid specifications. Bidders must obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications, which are available online or from a designated provider, and only documents obtained in this manner will identify a bidder as an official plan holder of record. Bid documents require a refundable deposit under specified terms. Any questions about the bid must be submitted in writing to the designated representatives. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a certified check. Bids may not be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the opening unless authorized by law. The owner reserves the right to reject or waive bids at their discretion. Bids must follow the terms and conditions in the Bid Specifications, including compliance with minimum wage laws, prevailing wage rates, and submission of certified payroll.
