Description

Renovation of a swimming pool in Rocky River, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a modified bitumen roofing system at the Don Umerley Civic Center, 21016 Hilliard Boulevard, Rocky River, Ohio. Proposals shall be sealed and marked NATATORIUM ROOF REPLACEMENT. Vendors must attend a mandatory walk through on site to submit a proposal. Contractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115 and must also comply with Ohio Revised Code Sections 9.24 and 5719.042. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and accept the proposal deemed most favorable.
