This contract provides for the improvement of Bridge #19185-A by repairing the concrete foundation, installing large woody material, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to obtain addenda, if any. Pierce County accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addenda and submit inadequate or incomplete proposals. Bids must be submitted by either electronically uploading Bid Documents via the designated county website as instructed under "Project Details" (preferred method), or by delivering hard copy Bid Documents in a sealed envelope with the Project Name and Project Number clearly marked, or as otherwise required in the Bid Documents to ensure proper handling and delivery. Question Submission Deadline: April 9, 2026, 3:30pm Cost Range: $250,000 - $350,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
