Site work for an industrial development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a industrial development.
The project seeks qualified contractors to provide mobile rock crushing services for Tacoma Water. The rock is to be crushed and left on site in two stockpiles. Bidders must comply with instructions regarding submittal delivery, labeling of electronic and in-person submittals, and must meet all requirements for timely submission. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting and site examination is optional but recommended. The estimated value for the work is $150,000. Questions and requests for clarification of the specifications may be submitted in writing by 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time, April 10, 2026, to Becky Lewis, Buyer, via email to rlewis4@tacoma.gov. No further questions will be accepted after this date and time. The City will not be responsible for unsuccessful submittal of questions.
