Demolition and site work for a residential development in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Proposals should include all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, and coordination necessary to complete the following tasks A. Demolition and Removal Demolition and complete removal of the existing structure located within the project area Proper handling, removal, and disposal of all demolition debris in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations Site protection measures to minimize disturbance to surrounding parking areas and public spaces Reference Number 0000423442 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Tiverton, Rhode Island, through its designated representatives, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide demolition, remediation, and site restoration services at Tiverton Town Farm (3154 RI-77, Tiverton, RI). The project involves removal of the existing structure and preparation of the site to serve as a functional extension of the adjacent, unpaved, parking lot area. The building may contain mold, including possible black mold. If confirmed, remediation may be required before demolition proceeds. The Contractor shall coordinate testing, abatement, and disposal in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines. Please see attachment for full specifications and instructions. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and or waive technical defects in the bid at its sole discretion All timely and responsive bids will be reviewed, and the town reserves the right to award the contract to the most qualified and responsive bidder in the best interests of the municipality.
