Electronic or sealed bids are requested for 69 kV Power Circuit Breaker for Greenidge Substation (material only). Bids must be submitted in duplicate according to the instructions to bidders in the Project Manual. Electronic bids need to be in PDF format and contain the same information and forms as paper bids, or they will be considered null and void if attachments are corrupted. Columbus Light & Water reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to hold bids for 30 days or until after the monthly Board of Commission's meeting before awarding or rejecting them. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of 30 days after bid opening. The contract award is contingent on meeting a goal of 25% minority business participation, with qualified minority or women-owned businesses considered based on evidence provided. All bidders are encouraged to respond.
