The estimated construction cost of this Project is $1,000,000. The Project consists of an apartment conversion of the lower level of Building (A) at the Weston Brook School Apartments. This project is to be an interior renovation/ conversion of the lower-level space into two senior living apartments. The interior Work area is approx. 2,000 SF. Site Work includes new accessible sidewalks. Work to exterior walls includes two new masonry openings for unit entry doors, and window replacement and/or infill at several existing openings. Interior renovation includes demolition of existing non-load-bearing interior walls and associated materials, floors, finishes, and ceilings, followed by new fit-out. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm system shall be modified to support the two new apartment layouts. A new non-combustible floor slab will be installed above an interstitial space.
