The work is located on the south side of the City of Stockton. The work, in general, consists of reconstructing half (0.5) mile of existing roadways to install curb, gutter, sidewalks, and a new storm drainage system. Base Estimate Range between $1,960,000 and $2,425,000 May require Class A contractor license and 10% bid security. A bid security of 10% is required from all bidders. The bid security must be in the form of cash, certified or cashier's check, electronic bond (eBond), or a bid bond in favor of the Department. Bid Security other than electronic bond must be received by the Department prior to the bid opening closing time specified above. A payment bond and a performance bond each 100% of the value of the contract are required from the successful bidder.
