The County intends to establish a pool of qualified consultants through award of Master Services Agreements (MSAs). The County is requesting SOQs through this RFQ #26045 for on-call architectural and engineering services to plan and design County projects of various sizes and complexities. The successful A&E firms will support all phases of programming, planning, design, permitting, and construction administration for these projects. The A&E Firm must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and must be capable of providing all necessary materials and supervision during the entire term of the MSA. Further, the A&E firms will support the County's efforts to acquire and develop necessary land and infrastructure. This support will include the development of specific design development criteria and/or construction documents such as detailed plans and specifications for project delivery and construction. Event RFQ note: The Proposer's Form K - Labor Rates must be submitted at the same time with the Proposer's qualifications but must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and NOT be included in the USB drive provided to the county. The following information must be placed on the lower left corner of the sealed envelope/package containing the SOQ: ''On-Call Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services'' ''26045'' The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
