Sealed Bids will be received for the Bank Run Metro Park, Quarry Site Improvements - Phase 2 project. The project location is Bank Run Metro Park. Copies of the Contract Documents are available for review on the specified website and for purchase at designated blueprint locations. The Metro Parks will not be responsible for any plans and specifications obtained from any other source. Inquiries regarding the bidding documents, including requests for clarifications, interpretations, or proposal of substitutions, must be submitted to the designated contact. Each bid must include the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same, and must be accompanied by bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements. The estimated cost for the project is $650,000. Substantial Completion Date for the project is specified . Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Inquiries regarding the bidding documents, including requests for clarifications or interpretations or proposal of substitutions, shall be submitted to Anna Vagedes at aevagedes@metroparks.net. submit a written request for information at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
