All questions must be submitted in writing Sealed bids are invited for Roofing at Liberty. Bids must be submitted in a clearly labeled package with the bid number, legal name, address, contract person, and telephone number. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure delivery by the deadline and to the correct location. Only bids submitted on District forms and according to the instructions will be accepted. A mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk will take place at Liberty School of Creativity and Innovation. Prospective prime contract bidders are required to submit proof of prequalification or a completed prequalification questionnaire and financial statement. License Classification required is Class C-39. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid. Bids must remain valid for sixty days after the date set for receipt. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. All prequalification packets are to be submitted on Quality Bidders. All submissions must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on April 8, 2026.
