The Town of Spafford, New York invites sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a residential structure and accessory outbuilding located at 150 Spafford Landing Road, Spafford, NY, Tax Map ID 030.-20-06.0. The project includes demolition of a 1.5-story cottage (approximately 1,296 square feet) and one small detached outbuilding, debris removal, and site restoration. Sealed bids clearly marked "Bid - Demolition Project, 150 Spafford Landing Road" must be submitted to the Town of Spafford at 1984 State Route 174 Skaneateles, N.Y. 13152. Bids will be received until May 14, 2026 at 7:00pm EST at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
