PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified manufacturers to provide two fully engineered half-through truss (no overhead bracing) bridges of steel construction. The manufacturer shall include design, fabrication, finishing, and transporting the steel truss bridge superstructures, including bearings. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Gary Horton at gary.horton@methodsconsulting.com by 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Please do not submit the same question multiple times. Scope of Project The selected Respondent shall provide two engineered half-through truss bridges constructed from steel, including incorporating the design elements from stakeholders and project engineer Methods Consulting, fabrication, finishing, and transportation of the steel truss bridge superstructures, inclusive of the necessary bearings. The successful proposal should demonstrate the Respondent’s competence in delivering high-quality, structurally sound bridges meeting the specified requirements outlined by PCMC.
