Park City Municipal Corporation ("PCMC") is accepting bids for the Park City Bus Barn Heating Upgrade project. The work includes the removal of existing radiant tube heaters and providing new gas-fired heaters along with electrical connections, flue venting, and natural gas piping. Bid Documents are available at https://utah.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/ A Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. PCMC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the bids when deemed in the best interest of PCMC. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 at 2:00 PM MT All questions concerning this project must be submitted in writing to U3P. Please read the Questions Section available through U3P before submitting a question because your question may have already been addressed. Please do not submit the same question multiple times. Replace the Existing Gas-fired Radiant Tube Heaters in the Bus Parking Area With New Gas-fired Unit Heaters and Provide the Associated Electrical, Controls, Plumbing, and Demolition Work Required.
