Site work for a water / sewer project in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of installation of 8-inch and 10-inch PVC C900 pipe and appurtenances within the Pinnacle Subdivision. All work shall conform to PCMC Design Standards, Specifications, and Standard Drawings, unless otherwise indicated. Bid security shall be furnished by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price payable to PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in th amount of 100% of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price. Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Harrison Holley, Public Utilities Engineer, via email to: harrison.holley@parkcity.gov by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026.
