Renovation of a mixed-use development in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and educational facility.
The Board of Trustees of West Ada School District is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perform a fire alarm system upgrade at Renaissance High School and the West Ada School District Service Center. Specifications, including bid documents, specific instructions for submission of bids, and conditions of agreement are available on the District's website. Deadline to submit Questions Apr 16th 2026, 4:00 PM MDT Questions regarding this proposal must be submitted through the Vendor Discussions tab within Bonfire. Refer to the project details in Bonfire for the dates and times of the question period. Questions cannot be received after the Q&A portal closes. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any bid alternates, is required. Bidders shall be licensed in the State of Idaho, in accordance with provisions of the Public Works Contractor's State License Law. The bidder's name must match the name on the public works license referenced in the bid. The successful contractors must adhere to employment practices and payment of wages as outlined in Idaho Code and must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions. The Board reserves the right to disregard non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids, to waive minor informality or irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid(s) deemed best.
