Submissions are requested according to two (2) options: Option #1 - One (1) year contract - Winter season 2026-2027 Option #2 - Three (3) year contract - Winter seasons 2026-2027 to 2028-2029 All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening the tenders and for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender. (be the sum of the bids for each sector for which the bidder is bidding) for Option 2 covering three (3) seasons (2026-2027 to 2028-2029), including taxes, and a letter of commitment guaranteeing the provision of a performance bond and a bond for the Contractor's obligations for labour, materials and services, each for a value of at least fifty percent (50%) the total amount of the bid for the 2026-2027 season (that is, the sum of the bids from each sector for which the bidder files a bid), taxes included. In the event that the total bid amount for the 2026-2027 season differs depending on the option, the amount in the letter of commitment must be calculated on the higher of the two (2) offers.
