The purpose is to obtain competitive pricing to furnish and install a vault toilet, 1 multi-table picnic pavilion, 5 single-table picnic pavilions, associated concrete work, and all appurtenances required for the structures to be complete and ready to use in accordance with the plans, specifications, permits, contract documents, and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. All work must adhere to the Contract Documents, which may include modifications, agreements, addenda, terms and conditions, the invitation to bid, drawings and specifications, and permits.
