The selected Respondent shall provide custodial services for the Roberts Building (Northeast Region Headquarters) to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and visitors. Services include nightly cleaning (primarily 7:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m., Monday–Friday) and daytime porter support (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday), with full staffing and coverage requirements as detailed in the Purchase Order Scope of Work (PMT-57). A Response to this Solicitation is an offer to provide the specified contractual services based upon the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth. A Response does not become a Contract or Purchase Order unless and until a formal Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of the Department and the Respondent. Additional items of work may be awarded as part of the contract if the bids come within the specified budget, and work may be added or deleted from the base bid value for sums stated in the alternate bids. State-certified General or Building Contractors may respond for specialty contract work if they use a specialty subcontractor that is state-certified and identified in their response.
