The purpose is the purchase, fabrication, and delivery of Ductile Iron Distribution Poles for The Jax Heights Feeder 318 Extension. A more detailed description of the work is provided in the Technical Specifications included as an exhibit. Respondents that meet the minimum qualification are invited to submit a response. All responses must be submitted through JEA’s E-Procurement and Contract Management Portal provided by Zycus Supplier Network. Instructions for logging into Zycus are included. All documentation submitted must reference the solicitation title and number. Responses must be made on the appropriate forms and uploaded to the procurement platform. Responses are due by the time and date stated on the cover page; late responses may be rejected. Respondents are strongly encouraged to acquire log in credentials early and to submit responses early to ensure the uploading process goes smoothly. If unable to submit via Zycus, responses may be emailed to the JEA Buyer.
