The work consists of providing precast reinforced concrete culverts in various specified sizes and quantities for Harlan County, Kentucky. The required culverts include KY10 X 5 RCBC (54 LFT), 8 X 4 RCBC (48 LFT, 54 LFT, 60 LFT, and 42 LFT), 10 X 5 RCBC (32 LFT), and 6 X 4 RCBC (42 LFT). The items are designated with locations and coordinate references. Bidders are instructed that emailed and hard copies of bids delivered by any method will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted online through the Kentucky Vendor Self Service site as per the attached instructions. Bidders should ensure contact information, including phone number and email, is entered in the Comments Section and that all account addresses and contact persons are reviewed and updated as this information will carry forward to any awarded contract.
