Sealed bids are invited for the Fence Construction Project in Youngtown, Arizona. Bidders must furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and perform all required work for the project. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name, project name, project number, and contract number. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their proposals are received by the deadline. Hard copies of bid documents are available upon request and can be viewed at the Town Clerk's Office. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened. Project Description: Construction work, in general, consists of building a 3,900 linear foot, and five (5) foot high wrought iron fence and other incidental work. The Town of Youngtown is exempt from taxation under the Sales Tax and Use Tax Laws, and proposals should not include such taxes. The Town of Youngtown is an equal opportunity employer.
