Site work for a water / sewer project in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The base bid includes 260 LF of 24" HDPEP, 23 LF of 18" HDPEP, 3 inlets, 220 LF of mountable curb, and pavement restoration. The bid alternate 1 includes 480 LF of 24" HDPEP, 23 LF of 18" HDPEP, 4 inlets, 440 LF of mountable curb, and pavement restoration. Bids must be upon the forms provided by College Township and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Struble Road Stormwater Project Phase 2 Bid". Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to College Township. The cost estimate of this transportation project is over $100,000 and is subject to the Pa. Prevailing Minimum Wage Act. Question Deadline 04/05/2026 Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
