This includes the replacement of existing rooftop units serving the Administration Building, which currently operate as a 12-zone configuration. The targeted turnaround time for equipment procurement and installation is 12-18 weeks. Engineering services are recommended and accepted as part of the proposal, with vendors encouraged to include engineering evaluation, system design verification, load calculations, and necessary specifications to ensure proper system performance and compliance with applicable standards. All proposals must include the provision of all specified equipment, materials, and associated components, and adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal codes and standards.
