Construction services for abatement and renovation at Stamford High School, Phase 2 of 2. The contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. State law requires a minimum spending allocation goal of 25% of the state-funded portion of the contract for subcontractors certified as Small Business Enterprises (SBE) by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS), and 6.25% for subcontractors certified as Minority-, Women-, and/or Disabled-owned businesses (M/W/DisBE) by DAS. The contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% spending allocation goals. Bidders must hold a current DAS Prequalification Certificate for GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP B) and submit a copy of the certificate and Update (Bid) Statement with bids pursuant to CGS 4b-91.
