The Work consists of five parts: City Funded Work, Winnipeg Transit Funded Work, City of Winnipeg Active Transportation Funded Work, Water and Waste Funded Work, and Water and Waste Funded Water Main Renewal Work. City Funded Work includes minor and major rehabilitation of Westbound and Eastbound Corydon Avenue between Shaftesbury Boulevard, Tuxedo Avenue, Edgeland Boulevard, and Kenaston Boulevard. Winnipeg Transit Funded Work includes transit improvements on Corydon Avenue from Shaftesbury Boulevard to Kenaston Boulevard. City of Winnipeg Active Transportation Funded Work includes construction of multi-use paths on both sides of Corydon Avenue and Lockston Alley from Park Boulevard through Doncaster Street to Kenaston Boulevard. Water and Waste Funded Work includes manhole repairs on Corydon Avenue and Doncaster Street. Water and Waste Funded Watermain Renewal Work includes watermain renewals along Corydon Avenue and Handsart Boulevard. The major components of the Work include asphalt and concrete pavement rehabilitation, catch basin and sewer work, installation of curbs, sidewalks, detectable warning tiles, boulevard restoration, tree trimming, installation of bollards, relocation of hydrants, construction of multi-use asphalt paths, manhole repairs, watermain installation by trenchless methods, installation and abandonment of watermains, hydrant assemblies, and associated restoration work. Portions of the Work are contingent upon sufficient funding approval from the relevant departments and may be eliminated or reduced if funding is not received.
