Site work and new construction of a military facility in Kingston, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade, 144-bed military facility.
Design and construction of two (2) new 3-storey accommodation buildings at CFB Kingston with approximately 144 total bed spaces, including any necessary upgrades to existing infrastructure and utility services. A new access road will be required to reach and service these buildings as well as parking. The project may be delivered through a Modified Design-Build (MDB) delivery model. There is potential for two (2) additional buildings, for a total of four (4), if additional funding is approved. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual. An Advance Procurement Notice has been issued by the owner. Anticipated Posting of tender is June 1, 2026. Updates will be made at that time. *Approximate Estimate: $36 Million (2 Buildings), up to $72 Million. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
