Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
36C24823C0086 The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision required to redesign and upgrade the existing interior wayfinding, identification, and regulatory signage system. Work includes the removal, fabrication, and installation of updated interior signage to improve navigation, clarity, and consistency throughout the facility, in accordance with the Statement of Work for Project 548-23-105. The project is a bid-build effort focused on modernizing interior signage and wayfinding to meet current VA standards and user needs. Location: Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted by the prime contractor through email only to Contract Specialist Melissa Everett. No solicitation questions will be accepted in any other format. The cutoff for submission of RFIs is April 29, 36C24826Q0483 at 10:00 AM EST. Responses will be provided through an Amendment posted to SAM.gov in a Question & Answer format visible to all offerors. 2. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 per VAAR *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
