Site work for a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a parking garage; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials required to complete a Bid-Build, firm-fixed-price project to upgrade exterior signage and wayfinding across the campus. Work includes providing directional wayfinding and identifying buildings, parking garages, parking lots, vehicle routes, pedestrian routes, and all areas of interest. The project encompasses campus perimeter and entry points, new or upgraded monument and marquee signs, and parking garage signage. The period of performance is 270 days, and the magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
