The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete projects involving the replacement, reconstruction, or repair of existing public buildings or structures owned by the Authority. The contractor must be a Certified Small Business Enterprise and a Licensed Florida General Contractor. Tasks will be performed in accordance with the provided plans and specifications, in compliance with all applicable codes, and at various service locations in Palm Beach County, Florida, on an as-needed basis. The contractor is also required to cooperate and coordinate with other work as necessary. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through Bonfire and paper or emailed submittals will not be accepted.
