Site work for a development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The work consists of performing all tasks related to the Class III Landfill Phase 1 Closure. This includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals needed for the construction work as detailed in the specifications. The scope of work involves the construction and installation of the leachate toe drain system (LTDS); installation of the landfill gas (LFG) collection and control system; building of the final cover system on the Class III Landfill; and installation of a surface water management system. The contractor must coordinate with others working on the site. All work must comply with the provided plans, specifications, and all applicable codes. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bonfire and paper or email submissions will not be accepted. SBE firms are encouraged to participate.
