The work consists of renovating the existing helipad and screen wall on the Main County Courthouse high roof. All conditions and requirements for quote/bid submission, consideration, and award are included in the Invitation for Quote/Bid. Only quotes/bids received from qualified contractors will be considered. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to review the requirements for the project. Qualification is required in order to bid for projects under this annual contract. The contractor must submit the qualification application at least 10 days before the quote/bid due date for its quote/bid to be considered. Palm Beach County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all quotes/bids. Question Deadline 04/30/2026
