Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sanford, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and transportation facility.

City of Sanford, Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport has elected to utilize a DBE Race-Neutral Goal. The Airport has an overall DBE goal of 0.0%. FAA A.I.G. 3-23-0044-040-2025 FAA A. LG. 3-23-0044-041-2026 FAA A. LG. 3-23-0044-042-2026 FAA A.I.P. 3-23-0044-XXX-2026 This project includes a base bid only. The base bid consists of the pavement removal of Taxilane Seacoast 1 and full depth reconstruction of the subbase, base, and asphalt at Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport (SFM). The work for Taxilane Seacoast 1 also includes drainage improvements, new marking, and new electrical. The project also includes the installation of a new vehicle service road adjacent to the Runway 14 end and the removal of the existing service road. Major construction elements include but are not limited to: mobilization, pavement removal, marking removal, subbase installation, base installation, pavement installation, airfield electrical installation, drainage improvements, pavement markings, safety plan compliance, and other ancillary work. Bid Proposals must be submitted in a SEALED envelope, clearly marked with the Schedule and Title, the proposer's name, the Bidder's address, and the time and date of the bid opening. Bids submitted by parcel delivery services must have the SEALED envelope containing the Bid Proposal placed inside the shipping carton. All bids must be accompanied by a Proposal Surety (cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check, Bid Bond, or other acceptable instrument). All prospective Bidders, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers must direct all inquiries solely to the designated project contact. Electronic Bidding Procedures as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders must be followed. A successful Bidder must provide sufficient surety in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. All Bidders and Contractors must fully comply with the FAA General Contract Provisions, federal and state labor standards, Buy American preference, and all nondiscrimination and civil rights requirements. The Contractor must comply with federal DBE and Small Business Requirements. Addendums or revised Contract Documents are available on the provided website and it is the Bidder's sole responsibility to check for revisions up to 24 hours prior to the due date for Proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
