The work will generally consist of the installation of approximately 4,359 linear feet of 6-inch PVC C900 water main, 5,190 linear feet of 8-inch SDR 26 sewer trench cut, one submersible duplex pump station with approximately 1,179 linear feet of 4-inch PVC force main, construction of a new roadway with approximately 6,456 square yards of 8-inch graded aggregate base, 710 tons of 9.5mm Superpave asphalt, 9,426 linear feet of curb and gutter, 1,285 linear feet of 18-inch RCP, 1,495 linear feet of 24-inch RCP, 464 linear feet of 30-inch RCP, 183 linear feet of 36-inch RCP, 23 catch basins, and all necessary roadway and drainage improvement construction for the completion of the neighborhood right-of-way infrastructure, including all appurtenances necessary to complete the job. All work must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Proposal Forms, following the Contract Documents and Plans and Specifications, which are available for review by appointment. Bid Forms, Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained upon deposit. Sealed bids, accompanied by a Bidder's Bond for 10 percent of the bid amount, must be filed prior to the designated time. No bids may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook informalities or irregularities in proposals.
