The work consists of providing labor, materials and equipment for the clearing of existing sod and removal of existing trees and vegetation, filling of low areas per proposed grades, installation of proposed drainage facilities, installation of sod and replacement of trees and shrubs, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the specifications and contract documents. Proposals shall be prepared, addressed and submitted in compliance with detailed instructions as set forth in the contract documents. Only contractors who have representatives at the mandatory pre-bid conference are eligible to submit bids. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, technical errors and formalities, and to award the contract as it deems will best serve the interest of the District.
