Sealed bid proposals are requested for Tree Maintenance, which includes tree pruning, removal, log hauling, and emergency response. Contractors are responsible for all measurements and must inspect the site personally to verify the work scope. Bidders are required to use the provided proposal form and submit bids in a sealed envelope marked "SEALED BID: Tree Maintenance (Bid Package)" addressed to the Parks Maintenance Manager. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and utilize equal opportunity hiring practices. WBE/MBE/minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids, and contract bidders are encouraged to use WBE/MBE/minority businesses as subcontractors. The Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to accept bids deemed in the District’s best interest.
