Sealed bids are invited for miscellaneous sidewalk replacement on various streets, section 26-01003-71-GM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, and Performance Bonds will be required. Vendors must comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations, the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570), the Human Relations Act, and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. The City reserves the right to accept any bid or part thereof or to reject any and all bids. The contract award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid addresses and complies with the invitation and is most advantageous to the City, considering price and other factors.
