Site work for a water / sewer project in Colebrook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the Greenfield Dr. & Meadowview Dr. Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. The project consists of installing approximately 3,300 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewers, including trench restoration, manholes, laterals, and other related appurtenances, along with all associated work as described in the construction drawings. Each proposal must include a bank cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid total. The project is funded in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority, under the H2O PA Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Projects Program, and is subject to all applicable federal and state requirements. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures as established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry must be followed. South Lebanon Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 at 10:00 AM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
