In general, the scope of work in the Base Bid includes: 1. Roof Replacement - Roof Sector A: a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the wood deck. b. Secure the deck to structural framing members. c. Provide 1.5" Roof Insulation loose laid d. Provide 1.5" Roof Insulation mechanically attached e. Provide Cover Board adhered in foam adhesive. f. Fully adhere thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories. g. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim. h. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. 2. Low Slope Roof Replacement - Roof Sectors A1, B1, D: a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the wood deck. b. Secure the deck to structural framing members. c. Provide 1.5" Roof Insulation mechanically attached d. Provide Tapered Insulation adhered in foam adhesive. e. Provide Cover Board adhered in foam adhesive. f. Fully adhere thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories. g. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim. h. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. 3. Low Slope Roof Replacement - Roof Sector B, B3: a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the poured gypsum deck. b. Provide base sheet. c. Provide 1.5" Roof Insulation adhered in foam adhesive. d. Provide Tapered Insulation System adhered in foam adhesive e. Provide Cover Board adhered in foam adhesive. f. Fully adhere thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories. g. Provide 1.5" Roof Insulation mechanically attached.. d. Provide Crickets and Saddles. e. Provide Cover Board adhered in foam adhesive. f. Fully adhere thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories. g. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim. h. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. 7. Standing Seam Metal Roof - Roof Sector H: a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the plywood deck. b. Secure the deck to structural framing members. c. Provide underlayment. d. Provide standing seam metal roof panel system along with flashings, trim and accessories. e. Provide a complete, weathertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly with 30-year finish warranty.
