Sealed bid proposals are sought for garbage and recycling services for the Glencoe Park District. Contractors must be responsible for all measurements and must personally inspect the site to verify the scope of work. The successful contractor must comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, and enactments of governmental authorities relevant to the project, and pay prevailing wages as specified by the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Equal opportunity hiring practices must be utilized. Bidders must use the proposal form supplied and submit bids in a sealed envelope marked appropriately. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interests of the Park District.
