Landscape Service includes: trimming, edging, planting, fall and spring cleaning, sod restoration, snow plow damage repair, tree trimming, and general landscape duties, and other assigned non-prevailing wage job duties as deemed appropriate. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and must personally inspect the site to verify the scope of the work to be bid. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings or enactments of any governmental authority which are applicable to the work or the project. The successful bidder shall utilize equal opportunity hiring practices. Bidders are required to use the proposal form supplied with the bid document supplement. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked on the outside “SEALED BID: LANDSCAPE SERVICES AGREEMENT (Bid Package)” and addressed to the Parks Maintenance Manager Glencoe Park District 999 Green Bay Rd. Glencoe, IL 60022.
