The Village of Penn Municipal Utilities Board is requesting sealed bids for concrete sitework at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. A pre-bid site visit is required to confirm measurements. Work Scope Area 1 - Primary Clarifiers Demolish and replace existing sidewalk and stairs to the primary clarifiers. Approximate dimensions: 40 feet long x 4 feet wide x 4 inches thick Area 2 - Filter and Disinfection Building Connection Excavate existing grass area Install 6 inches of #2 crusher run base Install concrete sidewalk connecting buildings Approximate dimensions: 40 feet long x 6 feet wide x 4 inches thick Area 3 - Dumpster Pad Demolish and remove existing asphalt pavement Excavate area for new pad Install concrete pad with #4 rebar at 12 inches on center Restore surrounding asphalt as needed Approximate dimensions: 30 feet x 12 feet x 8 inches thick General Requirements - All disturbed areas shall be restored with topsoil, seed, and mulch - Contractor shall be responsible for proper disposal of all demolished materials
