Contract Items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements as shown below. 3.1 Crusher Run Limestone and Limestone Gravel 3.1.1 All pricing must include delivery to job site. 3.1.1.1 Crusher Run Limestone - 1-1/2 inch 3.1.1.2 Crusher Run Limestone - 3 inch 3.1.1.3 Limestone - 1-1/2 inch 3.1.1.4 Limestone - #57 3.1.2 All stone will be delivered and tailgated on roads and parking lots. 3.1.3 The vendor shall be responsible for acquisition and utilization of all reasonable and necessary equipment, licenses, permits, specialized equipment, etc. 3.1.4 The vendor must supply all transportation, labor and supervision necessary to provide limestone gravel to the site specified and directed by a representative of WV Division of Natural Resources. (Expected locations and estimated tonnage are detailed on Exhibit A). Delivery Time: Vendor shall deliver standard orders within three (3) calendar days after orders are received.
